At this level there is an open space living room dominated by a fireplace that warms your room and your senses, a good place to relax in the winter evenings. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare light breakfast and store food in optimal conditions, and a bedroom.

From the living room you can go out on the terrace, where you can quietly serve coffee, while admiring the mini-waterfall and the fairytale landscape that surrounds you. This is also the ideal place for successful selfies and photos.

At this level is located:

• A double room with balcony.
• A children's room that can accommodate 2 children.
• Bathroom with tub and bidet.

The accommodation unit has painted furniture, hand-painted, hand-carved creations, the paintings being executed by craftsmen from the villages, with images from the old center of Brasov.
